A delivery list separates raw clips, final edits and variants. Asset IDs link each request to the received file, version and review note. Corrections against the brief and new creative requests stay distinct.
Objective, audience, main message, creative freedom, scene plan, deliverables and file requirements.
Feedback owner, deadlines, included rounds, delivery destination and planned use notes.
Record files and versions against asset IDs, then enter pending, meets criterion, fix, missing or new request.
Choose a predefined fictional scenario. This is a small public example, separate from the full paid editor. It does not open files, save work or send data.
| Asset ID | Requested file | Sample record |
|---|---|---|
| H1 | Hook A · raw clip | File recorded in sample |
| H2 | Hook B · raw clip | File recorded in sample |
| B1 | Shared demo body · raw clip | Not recorded |
| C1 | Call to action · raw clip | Not recorded |
2 of 4 requested raw files recorded · 0 finished edits recorded · 0 finished edits requested.
H1 and H2 do not replace the shared body B1 and call to action C1.
To ask for an additional opening, add a new request. To correct a requested clip against its stated criterion, record a fix against the brief. These are different decisions.
This is a product demonstration, not a cinematic promotional reel.
One ZIP with 14 files: one bilingual editor, two guides, two checklists, six original JSON example files, START-HERE, license and manifest.
The delivered format is standalone HTML with JSON and TXT outputs. Browser printing is an optional output; no separate DOCX, XLSX or prebuilt PDF file is included.
Open the HTML editor locally, write your own information and save JSON before closing. Import that JSON to resume. Export TXT for a readable handoff; use browser printing for a printable view.
The interface language changes labels; it does not translate your text. The editor does not automatically save or synchronize changes.
Final browser, local-file saving/printing and delivery checks are still required before activation.
One business or internal team may customize the kit and share completed outputs with relevant collaborators or clients. The template/editor and original examples may not be redistributed or resold.
