Before you use it

Does this tell me what to charge?

It calculates the quantities, internal costs, margin and usage fee you enter. Example amounts are fictional. Calibrate your inputs to your business and agree usage terms with the client.

Is this a contract or an invoicing app?

It is a project estimating workbook. The client sheet records a proposed scope and price. Agree your service contract and invoicing arrangements separately.

Can I use it with my team?

The business-use license covers one freelance business or internal team. Client estimates may be shared. The workbook and kit may not be redistributed or resold.

How do I export a client PDF?

Select the Client quote sheet A1:B36, use Print Selection, A4 portrait and fit the columns to one page. Review the preview, then save as PDF. Both browser guides explain the method; the included PDF samples are in English.

Which language should I open?

Choose en/ for the English workbook and guide, or it/ for the Italian workbook and guide. Both use the same calculation method and EUR amounts. Worksheet tab identifiers remain in English in both files.

What if I need help?
