One next action
Name its owner and deadline; filter a queue by the person who acts next.
Keep the reviewed snapshot, next action and responsible person visible in one local board.
Free: explore fixed fictional handoffs. Paid kit: edit your own coordinator’s board, record decisions, save or import JSON, export TXT and use the browser print view.
Content Handoff Board · English + Italian · HTML / JSON / TXT
Preview of the problem, not a screenshot of the paid editor.
The board connects content IDs, the next owner, deadlines, file references and recorded review decisions. A planned date remains separate from an actual publication record.
Name its owner and deadline; filter a queue by the person who acts next.
Record file, version, copy, destination, language and format. A changed snapshot requires its own review.
See missing fields, review blockers, dependencies and deadline checks against the reference date you enter.
Choose a predefined fictional scenario. This is a small public example, separate from the full paid editor. It does not open files, save work or send data.
| Content | Current record | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| A01 / Product detail | A review is recorded for this fictional current snapshot. | Coordinator checks the next handoff. |
| A02 / Weekly tip | The next action has no owner. | Name one person responsible for the next action. |
| A03 / Launch introduction | The current file is v02; the recorded approval is for v01. | Obtain and record a decision for the current v02 snapshot. |
| A04 / Planned story | A date is planned. Actual publication is not recorded. | Check the actual post before recording publication. |
Current file v02 · decision version v01 · 0 actual publications recorded in this sample.
These are manually entered fictional records. Changing a selector is not approval, authenticated consent or a publication. The real kit also checks the file, text, destination, language and format snapshot.
This is a product demonstration, not a cinematic promotional reel.
One ZIP with 14 files: one bilingual editor, two guides, two checklists, six original JSON example files, START-HERE, license and manifest.
The delivered format is standalone HTML with JSON and TXT outputs. Browser printing is an optional output; no separate DOCX, XLSX or prebuilt PDF file is included.
Open the HTML editor locally, write your own information and save JSON before closing. Import that JSON to resume. Export TXT for a readable handoff; use browser printing for a printable view.
The interface language changes labels; it does not translate your text. The editor does not automatically save or synchronize changes.
Final browser, local-file saving/printing and delivery checks are still required before activation.
One business or internal team may customize the kit and share completed outputs with relevant collaborators or clients. The template/editor and original examples may not be redistributed or resold.

The board records work and manually entered decisions. It does not connect social accounts, schedule jobs, publish posts or fetch performance data.
Previous decisions keep their snapshots. Review requires a matching current version, file, copy, destination, language and format, along with the required reviewer and a complete decision record.
One coordinator keeps the master JSON and collects decisions separately. There is no real-time collaboration or automatic merge.
Save JSON to preserve the editable board. Export TXT for the full readable data; print the current filtered queue. Nothing saves automatically.
All teams, assignments, approvals and publication references in the examples are fictional. No live account or actual publication is included.
